I guess people who hate this movie are just? too "grown up". I'm 27 but have the tastes of a 14 year old. If Sucker Punch was a Saturday morning cartoon while I was growing up it would have blown the likes of Ducktales and Captain Planet out of the water! The only friends that didn't like this movie are married/engaged and have kids. Get your feet off the ground and have your head in the clouds once in a while, it's fun up here.

I honestly do not believe this person watched the? film. I think she read some reviews and decided it was not for her and so would just toss off a worthless review so she could go on to something more interesting -- for her. Too bad. Sucker Punch is a staggering achievement but to get it, you really do have to watch it -- which is kind of what you are supposed to do in movies anyway. I give the film 5/5. Shame on you Movie Messenger.

They could have just tried to get the items in the asylum and have it be a traditional prison break movie in? Zack Snyder style, the fantasy worlds didn't need to be in there, they were just for spectacle. And pay attention to? The scenes just happen (the 1st one was the most abrupt) and make no sense for being included in the story. Again: why in the world would you imagine fighting video game bosses in trying to steal items? It would make a great videogame, not so much a movie.

Why does everyone think inception? was confusing? It was impossible, yes, but I didn't find it all that complex. I thought it was refreshingly simple. I had planed on seeing sucker punch myself just for fun. I probably will still go to see it but I'm not expecting some profound story, just a lot of action. Sometimes that's all I want : )

You're evading the point, you looked at the actions they took to complete the objective as opposed to the ACTUAL objective, Kill zombies, TO GET A MAP, kill orcs, TO GET FIRE. The way they do it is just eye candy. And I'm sorry the movie? couldn't just say, hey we are going to go into a dream world now, just so you know, they presented it in a way that wasn't straightforward, that you had to actually pay attention to.

Yes, but they didn't even flip? between the two worlds as the actions were being taken, just 1) Start dancing, 2) Go into the world and fight baddies (like a videogame), and 3) Come back to reality. There was no suspense and no development of or relationship between the characters, so you do not care about events that happen later. And how in the world would you think of fighting 10-ft samurais, orks, or robots in trying to steal the items? They never once explain that.

obviously this movie was created from a brainstorm momment.. hmm what sells?? sex, hot chicks with fake eyelashes... hmm what would i like to see? zombies, nazis, dragons, robots, -30 mins later- oh and how am i to make it all come together? - 1 hour later- ahh its finished!.... = crap movie

I don't want to seem like I'm taking the easy way out, but "enlightening you" would only spoil the movie for those who haven't seen it. It leads you to think one? thing when it's actually another. I get that entirely, but the story and the way it's done is poorly conceived. I'm not the only one that feels this way. The movie is receiving poor reviews from most people, and we did this before the movie came out since we went to the premiere. If you liked it, that's fine.
