Yes, I meditate,? its just a mental exercise in focus and relaxation, just like breathing exercises. That's not what the question was asking, it asked if you think you can get some kind of revelation or special knowledge from meditation, that you would not be able to get through regular thought. That is not so. Your mind is generally not supposed to drift during meditation, so you will be less likely to get any kind of knowledge, since the goal of most meditation is to free your mind of thought.

It's easier to just remember 1,4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81,100,121,144,169,196,225,256,289,324,363,400,441,484,529,576,625,676, or try this .. if you know 20^2 =400 then 21^2 = 400+20+21 =? 441, or 30^2 = 900 then 29^2 = 900-30-29= 841 so you can remember a few easy ones like multiples of 5s or 3s 5^2 10^2 15^2. 3^2 9^2 27^2 and easily calculate the other squares. 15^2 =225 so 17^2 = 225+15+16+16+17 = 289 1^2=1+1, 2^2=1+1+2, 3^2=1+1+2+2+3, 4^2=1+1+2+2+3+3+4, 5^2=1+1+2+2+3+3+4+4+5

I think for i in the last bit Sal miss calculates I(-24-21) Sal equated to -35 but if you calculate it -45 is the answer!? Sal don't affirm to yourself that you get confused and make mistakes!! cos you then went right ahead and made one! That was a bit silly ;-) try : Sal always has a clear mind and gets these correct! lol :-)

PLEASE? prove the method for finding the cross product when given the vectors in engineering form... I can't seem to find it anywhere. The one our textbook gave us, just said that its because when you multiply all the vectors together, you are left only with x1 X x2 + y1 X y2, since the x and y vectors are perpendicular to eachother... but WHY can you just multiply the components of the vectors in order to get the dot product??

I found this on a forum over at mackb.com XL calculates COVAR as the covariance of of a population, just as it does STDEVP and VARP. As far as a workaround, just multiply the population Covariance by n / (n-1). Maybe I missed the removal of tread thickness from the bottom of stringer for the first rise? Also considered by total height but not defined is what is are you measuring to top of plywood and all stairs will be covered by carpet. Here we use either 1" OSB tread material which grows when it gets wet both thicker and longer. Or 2x12 for tread. This significantly different than 3/4 landing plywood. They could put gypcrete on top floor or 3/4 hardwood etc.? There are fine details. as you know.

I told a woman I would replace the front porch stairs for a dilapidated property she bought. The beam at the end of the porch is not square, and the old walkway slopes. I don't think that the beam is going to be a problem, but I'm guessing that? I should cut the bottom of the stringer not only allowing for the tread thickness but cutting for the slope as well.

he did do a good job but that is a retarded place to put your fingers. Having framed over 500 house I have never had the need to use my finger.....as a saw guide. If you cant cut striaght without getting your didgets involved, practice more. Shit happens, blades warp from heat and glue is in consistant in LVL, saws can jump. Grab ahold of that wedding ring and pull that hand in. I think in one of his other videos he has electrical tape wrapped around his? finger.

Has no one here ever used a circular saw before? There was nothing dangerous about the way he cut the stringer. He was using his hand against the fence as a guide to cut a straight line, it works well, try it. I've? never seen a circular saw jump out of wood before, worst case scenario the blade would bind in the wood if the guy cutting is sloppy. Awesome job on the video by the way.

Single sills hmm. Not a Dewalt saw lol though it may be better than Makita. Buy a Bosch with the cord on it. Just a suggestion but you might consider either putting your left hand on the front table angle aduster to pull blade through or holding the stringer further away from the saw. I am not sure if you are using it as a guide. You are as skilled as I? at cutting but hands fingers and thumbs can be expensive guides. It is easy to become over confident. I know by personal exp ripping.

Yes that would be correct. It is just how it is defined and unfortunately this is not consistent in text books, how it is used in a classroom or in research studies. I focus on using the standard deviation because it is in the same unit as the mean (or the average). In fact it is the average distance all observations are from the mean. On the other hand variance? is units squared. Which makes it difficult to understand and compare.

This can be proved by using basic algebra. If f is odd [so f(x) = - f(-x)] and if? g is even [so g(x) = g(-x)] then the product H(x):= f(x)g(x) = -f(-x)g(-x) = -H(x) so the product is an even function. Note the distinction between ODD and EVEN functions and ODD and EVEN numbers.
