To some extent I agree with you. The? music that the film produced was indeed one of the best and still is :), but I also like the film itself. The issue with the underage sex though, is very common among teens still nowadays. I don't think that it glorifies and/or promotes this issue, but it fits into the film. Already the title alone - "Dirty Dancing" - hints that sex scenes will most likely be a part of the film, which is why the film is either "M" or "R" rated. Of course, just my opinion:)

Oh, I really do. The film itself is awful. The plot is easy to read, the acting is poor, the script was shabby.
