To nomamao, Very easy to? belittle a man, and his art, when protected by being anonymous. You should just practice and use what you know and not cast doubt on people against whom you've never sparred.
By: calebandrewmichael. on 22 Mar 12, 15:42:29
Guns are cool. I express my gun rights explicitly. But I'm not so naive to think that my gun will get me out of every situation. Sometimes stealth is a factor. Sometimes my gun jams or runs out. Then my karambit saves my life. If that fails (I'm disarmed or something)? then I have my krav Maga hand to hand to save me.
By: bikizuzu. on 25 Jan 12, 04:30:51
That spinning move is a thing of beauty...complex but very deadly. Done full speed, it's? over and done with before your attacker has a chance; game over. Great vid! You have a new subscriber. :)

i understand from a martial arts stand point on how to use a karambit but it looks just a bit to ellaborate to use? in self defense on the street
By: OmegaOwA. on 08 Nov 11, 00:21:56
Okay Jesus, SeguroMaan and nomamao, you've taken up over two full pages of the comments. Another quality skill to add to your arsenal is knowing when to quit,? which neither of you seem to have.
By: PDunkel66. on 27 Oct 11, 19:10:09
What the fuck is the deal with you two? I think neither of you have been in a real? fight; the fucking point of combat is to eliminate the threat and git out.
By: nomamao. on 25 Oct 11, 05:16:27
well, then if he knows it's not that easy to get that head control he demos in 32 seconds, why is he showing it like such? And, I don't care who he's friends with, when's he rolled? When's he defended real chokes? I've trained with 7th degree black belts in TKD, but I'm not a kicking? wizard. I'm very good friends with them too.
By: SeguroMaan. on 24 Oct 11, 21:09:29
HHAHAHHHA How are you been? Give me a break, I never said I've trained Krav Maga, I don't like it. Im saying that you have no clue in the? difference between a flow training and a real fight. And when it comes to head control it's not simple, requires certain control of your body mechanic and your oponnent. And btw Ray trained with the Gracie JJ. He also very good friends with them, so really doubt that you could joke him. Keep punching bags.
By: nomamao. on 07 Oct 11, 14:30:15
the difference in fighting full contact and? TRAINING it is that you know your limitations and don't live in a fantasy world. When dealing with knives, considering nobody has been stabbed multiple times, the training is always going to contain an element of fantasy, and much of that is seen in this vid. You can deny it all, but when you've been in a real fight, you know this for what it is.
By: nomamao. on 07 Oct 11, 12:41:13
lol. KRAV MAGA? Now, I know you're full of shit. You've ever gone hand to hand with someone from the REAL ISRAELI military? I? have. Nothing big to show, either. It's all the same. Krav, on its own, needs quality control, because from place to place it could be shit or ok. Trust me, I've been around. And, for all your BJJ, you still think when someone tells you it's that easy to get head control and dominate, you believe them? Come the fuck on. If so, your BJJ training hates you.
By: nomamao. on 07 Oct 11, 12:37:27
I probably COULD, because he probably has ZERO ground game. I'm also not the only guy that could do it. You could enter Ray in a fuckin' grappling tourney and see how well he does. Let me know all about it. You obviously worship this guy, but I've? been around the scene a long time and nothing this guy does impresses me. Have a good time training.
By: SeguroMaan. on 06 Oct 11, 14:27:08
You could go to Ray Dionaldo seminar and try to choke him out, that will be a good show lol. I'm pretty sure that a killing machine like you won't have any? problem xD.
By: SeguroMaan. on 06 Oct 11, 14:20:45
I always enjoy my training thank you. You've been training full contact? That's explains a lot. I did full contact myself and a lot of brazilian jiujitsu. And a knew a lot of deluded idiots ( you) that think that can beat everyone, including their own masters. Lol I'm sure that the "masters" you choked are really human weapons. Full contact it's a sport than you can use in real situations and it's? ok, but when you encounter a Kali master or a Krav Maga expert that's the real deal.
By: nomamao. on 05 Oct 11, 20:55:07
lol. I've choked out "eskrimadors" at seminars they were teaching at, because they were showing BS and I called them on it. I've also thrown around Self-dense masters. When you get out and start fighting full contact,? you'll know what's real and what's not. Running dead patterns and relying on word of mouth instead of experience will only get you so far. Enjoy your training.
By: SeguroMaan. on 04 Oct 11, 19:43:29
Im pretty sure of what I'm saying. I've been in that kind of situations. I think you're? no more than a common wanna be fighter. When you fight a eskrimador or an expert in self defense, I hope to be around to see that show. A thought you'll never quit. I was getting tired of trying to explain to you what is a real fight and what is training. I hope you'll have learne something for your own sake. Take care and keep that knife close to you.
By: nomamao. on 04 Oct 11, 18:40:26
It's not blocking, first and foremost. No, an eskimador will not kill me with his bare hands if I draw on him without him knowing. Sorry, but I feel you've been spending too much time drinking the koolaid. A real knife, stick, full contact fighter will know what's real about this demo and what's not. Very little real stuff going on here. I'm going to bow? out now, because I feel you aren't coming from a realistic sense of what COMBAT is. Goodbye.
By: SeguroMaan. on 04 Oct 11, 01:11:39
You said a use my outside forearm to? redirect the attack, that's blocking. In knife tapping you use you whole body structure to flow with the motion of the attacker. And you may think that who draw first wins like in the old west. But you will not always know who you're fighting, the guy maybe wearing a leather jacket, or another protection in the arms, if you fail more than 1-3 fatal cuts, if the guy is a eskrimador he will killed you with his bare hands, his knife or your own knife.
By: nomamao. on 03 Oct 11, 21:56:24
I said "redirect" and you say "block"... lol. I know that I will be first to draw and first to cut, because nobody will know I even have a? knife. This isn't about fighting fair.
By: SeguroMaan. on 03 Oct 11, 20:39:00
There's a knowledge of foot woork and distance in? the knife fighting. And I'm not using the outside of my arm to "block", I said the outside of the arm as an example of where you may get cut without bleeding to death in 4 minutes. If you think that you know everything about knives only because you know that you can cut deep. You will encounter an opponent that knows how to use a knife, that includes ofense against a knife. youtube.com/watch?v=IILerazWnuA&feature=related
By: nomamao. on 03 Oct 11, 03:35:54
I'm not sure what little girl "cut" you with what dull knife, but in the real world, a man pulls a knife and attacks and pulls back as you use the outside of your arm to redirect his attack and? you will be sliced open... 4-inch deep slashes in your forearm are not the kinds of cuts you walk away from. I'm talking about hospital stays that training can't prep you for. You tell me you know what a knife can do, but if you still think you're just getting cut, you don't know.
By: SeguroMaan. on 03 Oct 11, 03:02:22
I'm pretty aware of the the cuts that a knife can give,? I have my scars. I never said it's a good call get my arm cut, but that instead of my neck. The training gives you seconds to act. With training you get used to that kind of attacks and the blade starts to become your training partner and learn to evoid getting cut with the time. In a fight you will get hurt. The object of the training try to get less hurt and that's why we learn knife.
By: nomamao. on 03 Oct 11, 02:32:59
I'm not sure? you are aware of what kind of cuts a knife can give but I'm sure there's a vid somewhere of how serious those "cuts" can be. So, when you are stuck there with a huge flap of flesh hanging from your arm (the outside part) because you though it was a good call due to your training, please remain in a state of shock at how much blood spills all over you as you can't do anything about it. I , on the other hand, am not that naive. I carry a knife of my own.
By: SeguroMaan. on 02 Oct 11, 20:27:32
I'm not saying that you will not get cut, I'm saying you have more probabilty of getting out alive of a knife fight knowing this things. Is better get cut in the outside forearm than the neck.? This is for life or death situations, you will do what ever it takes to survive, and if you don't have a weapon you have to know something, is better to know than not know.
