Tai Chi evolved over the course of a few hundred years by studying the movement of nature and animals. Replicating movements of nature and the right animals took time and effort. My new found Chi: Healing Chi.This is very difficult.. I should have learn this first. I have learned to use chi to just feel it. But I didn't fully understand that Chi can be VERY destructive to your organs and other close to you. Healing chi requires your thoughts to be VERY positive, and in our day and age, that can be hard. cont.. Causing the chi pulse. One must control the pulses and generate a flow to smooth the flow to your? legs. If you think of current as a lever. Chi will overwhelm and could cause damage to your body, by developing a difficult chi flow, or reverse chi. (chi leaking out of the eyes). You must understand that the flow of chi is as strong as high voltage lighting but delicate enough to maintain a very low current (amp) but strong consistent flow (voltage) chi.

When you feel pain, This is a great thing. The chi flow you feel represents HIGH energy flow in that region, but cannot control the flow as effectively as one would like. When you use CHI, you will feel a similar feeling in that region of focus. But you will? need to be trained properly to understand how to know the difference between the 2. This is very important, you will have to mend the Tear between the 2 in order to maintain control. And that is 1 reason we train and meditate on chi control.

Very good. Yes there is a tear in our mind that stops you from accessing the "Ability" to do more than just move our limbs. As a Tai Chi student, you must mend that tear. You have to first realize that your muscles are LIMITED and your mind IS NOT LIMITED. It's hard to understand how, based on your dealings with your muscles now. 1 way to start is to KNOW? that your mind can make your body do what you WILL. Unless you master balance and ability keep your senses from misleading you, seeing in the dark, your gun is pointless if a guy with good MA training also has one. You may be doomed even if he doesn't, but that all depends. What good is your gun in the dark of the night on rugged ground? If you? can't stand firmly on your feet and can't fire at sound, your gun is already his, and you are already dead.

It actually can be used as a very powerful tool in combat. I took a Tai Chi class and? it teaches you defensive and offensive attacks, and retreating moves. I'm in a Tai Chi for personal defense class now, and from what my professor tells us, some of these moves can enable you to rip body parts off of people, but all of the moves serve a purpose.

Interesting, according to both their family trees,? there was no such student nor branch. The Yang (Y) family had no official inner disciples until the last century with Yang Sau Chung (YSC). After gaining notoriety with the emperor, the Y family had taught court members Y-style, but they didn't teach everything. However, they branch off as Wu-style after the fallout. MMA is a sport that amuses people. Taiji is way beyond that. As you can see from the vid, when it comes to real fighting, a couple of seconds is exactly what it takes. Master Zhijun Zhang has defeated a group of top level Karate masters back in the 90s. Each? round took less than a minute.. The MMA stuff is just not comparable. It serves different people for totally different purposes. So learn Taiji but watch MMA, make your life rock, lol.

I can peng jin from my waste so my arm structure does not collapse but cannot yet direct the energy to the ground properly so i have to step back if pushed too hard.
